Kier Housing Maintenance (HM) have long standing partnership agreements with housing associations, local authorities and private landlords to conduct responsive repairs and planned maintenance across various sites. Our commitment to our clients has resulted in us being shortlisted for Contractor of the Year at the UK Housing Awards 2020.
We operate a contract to service over 4000 homes in partnership with North Kesteven District Council and are currently recruiting for a Plumber to carry reactive maintenance within void and occupied properties and commercial space.
Key Responsibilities
In this important and rewarding role, you will be carrying out plumbing works - non gas, and basic skills in joinery, plaster patching, wall tiling, vinyl floor tiling and brickwork, to a high level "right first time" basis. This role will require effective fault diagnosis and completing plumbing works on domestic housing.
What are we looking for?
We're on the lookout for those have a previous plumbing trade background with experience within the housing maintenance sector. You'll be able to diagnose faults, and ideally hold a CSCS card and be asbestos awareness trained.
