Location: Home based, covering Cambridgeshire
Business Area: Kier Housing Maintenance
Contract: Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £27-34k basic + van, standby & out of hours call out

Kier Places are recruiting now for a Multi Skilled Plumber to assist with our Muir Housing partnership, where your role will be key to delivering a property repair & maintenance solution in a social housing occupied environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Multi-Skilled Plumber, you will be carrying out plumbing works and basic joinery, plaster patching, wall tiling, vinyl floor tiling and brickwork, to a high level "right first time" basis. This role will require effective fault diagnosis and completing plumbing works in a occupied social housing environment.
What are we looking for?
We're on the lookout for those have a previous plumbing trade background with experience within the housing maintenance sector with experience in occupied properties, ideally with a formal qualification. You'll be able to diagnose faults, and have Unvented Hot Water certification/training. Ideally, you'll also hold a CSCS card, and be asbestos awareness trained.
Due to the nature of this position, you should have a full UK driving licence, be happy travelling across the county to difference sites, and be able to participate in the on-call rota system covering out of hours and weekends.
