Multi-Skilled Tradesperson - Social Housing (Day-to-Day Repairs) Location: Warrington Salary: £36,226 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Start: ASAP
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team delivering responsive day-to-day repairs across our social housing contracts. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, enjoy helping residents feel safe and comfortable in their homes, and can work independently, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a range of day-to-day repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Ensure all work complies with health & safety and company standards
Maintain accurate job records using handheld devices
Liaise with supervisors and planners to ensure smooth job completion
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in at least two trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, basic electrics)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience working in social housing or domestic repairs is highly desirable
Good communication and customer service skills
