We are working with a fantastic college in Norwich who are looking for a Multi Skills Lecturer for a permanent position starting immediately. Offering a permanent salary of between £22,000 - £30,000 per annum, you will be teaching on a multi trade programme at levels 1 - 3.

Role responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for the planning, delivery, assessment and moderation of courses within their subject area to enable the pre and post age 16 learners to achieve the learning outcomes including a high level of learner retention and achievement

The person & qualifications
Degree, or significant equivalent experience, in relevant area
GCSE Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent in English and mathematics
Recognised teaching qualification
Proven teaching skills with commitment to achieving good or better
Experience in teaching a range of abilities and levels
Target setting and monitoring skills
