Salary: £40,124 per annum
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Multi-Trade Engineer to join the responsive repairs team at an award-winning housing association in Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities:
- Completing responsive repairs and maintenance in customer's homes
- Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work
- Identifying the right and cost-effective solution to problems that you attend and completing those repairs to a high standard and with minimum inconvenience to the customer
- Providing out of hours support on a rotational basis
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- City & Guilds in Carpentry OR Plumbing
