Monday - Friday
(overtime available on weekends)
08:00am - 16:30pm
£18.33 per hour (CIS/ UMBRELLA) £30,500 perm
Blackpool area

Daily responsibilities for a Multi Trade operative will include:
- Carrying out repairs on occupied and void properties
- Day to day re-active maintenance work
- Coordinating with Liaison Officers, Work Schedulers and Customers
- Carpentry and Plumbing repairs
- Covering Doors/ Windows/ Floors
Requirements for the role:
- Ideally a core strength trade background with some other skills e.g plumbing, carpentry, plastering
- Must have social housing / local authority experience
- A full UK driving license
- Van is included
