Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Joiner/Carpenter to join our in-house maintenance team. You'll be working on responsive repairs for housing across the Trafford and wider Manchester area.

This is a temporary position, but successful candidates may be offered a permanent job (Permanent salary: £35,079 per year).

Main Duties:

You'll be carrying out a range of joinery and multi-trade repair work, including:

  • Hanging and repairing internal and external doors
  • Splice repairs
  • Basic locksmith work
  • Repairing or replacing bathroom sub-floors and bath panels
  • Kitchen unit repairs or refits
  • Other general property maintenance jobs

What We're Looking For:

  • Good experience in joinery and multi-trade repair work
  • Worked in property maintenance before
  • Can deliver top-quality work first time
  • Good with customers - polite, helpful, and professional
  • Understand and follow health and safety guidelines
  • Must be able to work on your own and as part of a team

Hours & Extras:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm
  • On-call/out-of-hours work may be required (paid extra)
