Location: Covering North West, West and South West London
Contract: Full time, Permanent, 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday - immediate start available

Kier Places are recruiting today for a Multi-Trade Operative, where your role will be key to supporting the delivery of a Housing Maintenance repair & servicing solution for our prestigious client, L&Q Housing.
What you'll be doing:
This Multi Trade Operative role will involve working in Tenanted & Void Properties for our client L&Q. The successful post-holder will ideally possess a core trade & will be responsible for undertaking all manner of maintenance work in domestic properties ranging from: Joinery, Plaster patching, Plumbing, Wall tiling, Vinyl floor tiling and Brickwork patching.
We are seeking candidates who:
The successful Multi Skilled Operative candidate will have hold a full driving licence and relevant qualifications (i.e. CSCS Card, NVQ or equivalent in a trade, Asbestos Awareness). Ideally you will also have knowledge of social housing.
