A long term requirement (with the potential for a permanent contract after a qualifying period) has arisen to join a leading R&M Contractor in the North West (Greater Manchester).

Daily responsibilities for a Multi Trade operative will include:

  • Carrying out repairs on occupied and void properties
  • Day to day re-active maintenance work
  • Coordinating with Liaison Officers, Work Schedulers and Customers
  • Carpentry and Plumbing repairs

Requirements for the role:

  • Ideally a core strength trade background with some other skills e.g plumbing, carpentry, plastering
  • Must have social housing / local authority experience
  • A full UK driving license
