Salary: £20.00 per hour
We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for several experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join their Property Services team. You will be carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties within social housing.
The hours required are 40 per week.
Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trade Operative are:
- Carrying out responsive repairs to occupied properties within a social housing setting including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, etc.
- Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.
Requirements of a Multi Trade Operative are:
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry
- Full UK Driving License
Benefits for the Multi Trade Operative role:
- 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
- 23 days holiday entitlement
- Company van and fuel card supplied
- Overtime and out of hours available for additional earnings
The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
