Salary: £20.00 per hour

We are working on behalf of a client who are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to carry out day-to-day responsive repairs in occupied and void properties in South London.

Daily responsibilities for a Multi Trade Operative will include:

  • Undertaking repair/renewal works to plumbing installations, and associated or minor maintenance tasks utilising your multi-trade experience.
  • Working alongside colleagues or contractors to complete complex orders.
  • Using PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.

Requirements for the Multi Trade Operative role:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing or Carpentry
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
