We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team in Harrow on a local housing association contract.

Responsibilities of a Multi Trade Operative are:

  • Undertaking all aspects of carpentry including fitting kitchens, worktops, hanging doors, skirting boards, etc.
  • Minor plumbing repairs
  • Patch plastering
  • Using a PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.

Requirements of a Multi Trade Operative are:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • City & Guilds in Carpentry
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Wood Occupations
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • DBS certificate
