Salary: £38,000.00 per annum

We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for several experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join their minor works team. You will be carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties within social housing.

Working hours required are 40 per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out responsive repairs to occupied properties within a social housing setting including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, etc.
  • Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry or Plumbing
  • Full UK Driving License

  • 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
  • 23 days annual leave entitlement
  • Overtime and out of hours available for additional earnings

The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
