Salary: £18.00 to £20.00 per hour
We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join their responsive repairs team.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out responsive repairs to occupied properties within a social housing setting including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, etc.
- Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry or Plumbing
- Full UK Driving Licence
Benefits:
- 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
- 23 days annual leave entitlement
- A company van and fuel card (work use only)
- Overtime and out of hours available for additional earnings
The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
