Salary: £37,000 - £38,000 per year, inc benefits
We are seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to carry out work within the day to day, reactive repairs team in both residents' homes and communal areas in North West & West London.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general multi trade activities including painting and decorating, tiling, and plastering etc.
- Carrying out routine carpentry and plumbing tasks as required
- Responsible for carrying out all jobs allocated via DRS (Dynamic Resource Scheduling) and to meet with all necessary system requirements from start through to completion.
- Maintaining and replenishing van stock, and keeping the van clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
- Demonstrating excellent customer service standards and a work ethic that avoids complaints
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or above in Plumbing
