Salary: £18.00 - £19.00 per hour
We are currently working on behalf of a local council who are looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join their property services team, supporting the Enfield Borough Council contract.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking a range of minor responsive maintenance activities to a diverse customer base for the repairs team whilst collecting stock data
- Diagnosing and valuing, via a schedule of rates (SORs), any further repairs to be raised to term contractors, being aware of budget limitations and implications.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or above in Carpentry
Benefits:

- 08:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
