Multi Trade Operative (£14.56 paye or £18.35 through Umbrella) Based in Bromley Temp to Perm

You will be working for a large Social Housing Organisation, giving you an ideal opportunity to enhance your career and CV.
Job Role
You will be working on a Temp to Perm contract working as a multi trade operative carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, voids work and property MOT's connected with all aspects of your specialist trades and any secondary trades, there is no painting and decorating involved.
You will need to have skills in trades such as plumbing, repairing, tiling and plastering, no painting and decorating is needed for this role.
Person
You will be a fully skilled trades person with a minimum level 2/3 NVQ in a relevant multi trade, you must also have a minimum of 2 years experience.
You will have proven experience within Social Housing, Domestic and Local authority.
You must have a full clean UK driving licence as you will be required to drive a company vehicle.
You must be prepared to commit to a permanent contract after 12 weeks
