We have an opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in West London. The primary focus of this role is to undertake tasks aimed at achieving first time fixes while delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service for the client at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Performing high quality repairs to the council housing stock such as fitting kitchens, painting, patching walls, repairing tiles, various types of floor laying, repairing toilets, hanging doors, tracing leaks, and repairing fences etc.
- Using an electronic hand-held device to receive job instructions and provide electronic feedback on completed works or additional tasks required.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Blue CSCS Card (Multi Trade Level 2 NVQ) OR City & Guilds L2 in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations
- Basic Criminal Record Check
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
