JOB DESCRIPTION:
Multi Trade Operative / Handyman required for a large maintenance company that specialises in commercial maintenance. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Multi Trade Operative / Handyman to join the growing team in Manchester.
This Multi Trade Operative / Handyman role will be a long term ongoing contract transitioning to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Undertake general repair work as required
?Assist other trades operatives where required
?PPM's and necessary repairs
?Door repairs
?General maintenance duties around the site
?Patch plastering, patch tiling as well as other wet trades maintenance
?General site upkeep
Requirements for the role
Experience in plastering and tiling desirable
Own tools
Full UK driving license with maximum of 6 points
