Salary: £17.00 to £19.00 per hour

We are working on behalf of a local contractor who are looking for Multi Trade Plasterers to join their expanding team.

Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trade Plasterer are:

  • Carrying out responsive repairs in occupied and void properties
  • All aspects of plastering including boarding ceilings, full re-skims, and patch plastering
  • Day-to-day reactive repairs and maintenance
  • Minor carpentry, tiling and plumbing repairs

Requirements of a Multi Trade Plasterer are:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the social housing sector
  • NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or above in Plastering
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Working knowledge of relevant COSHH and HSE legislation
