Multi Trade Plasterer
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
Location: West London
Salary: £17.00 to £19.00 per hour

We are working on behalf of a client who is looking for a Multi Trade Plasterer to deliver a high quality responsive repairs service to housing association residents in their homes across West London.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking all aspects of plastering including boarding ceilings, full re-skims, and patch plastering repairs in occupied and void properties
• Basic carpentry, tiling and plumbing repairs
• Using a PDA device to accept jobs, plan a schedule and sign off works when completed for inspection.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or above in Plastering

Benefits:

• 08:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
• A company van and fuel card (work use only)
