About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Plumber to join a team delivering day-to-day reactive maintenance across social housing properties. The role primarily covers Kensington & Chelsea, with occasional travel to properties in North and East London. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving plumbing and maintenance issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out reactive plumbing and maintenance tasks in social housing properties
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues promptly
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Maintain accurate records of work completed
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Requirements:
Proven experience as a plumber or multi-trade maintenance operative
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications
Willingness to travel across London as required
