Multi-Trader Opportunities - Bathroom and Kitchen Fitters (Property Services)
We are currently looking for two experienced Multi-Traders to join our team on a social housing property maintenance contract. The role would be covering Reading and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out bathroom and kitchen installations, including tiling, flooring, and plastering. Perform essential maintenance tasks including painting, basic carpentry, and general repairs. Ensure all work meets high-quality standards, in line with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism when dealing with tenants.Skills Required:
Proven experience in bathroom and kitchen fitting, including tiling and flooring. Competence in plastering, painting, and general maintenance work. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Experience working in social housing or similar environments is desirable. Rates: Competitive hourly rate offered (please enquire for details). Ongoing work with a reputable property maintenance contractor.
