Job Title: Multi Trader

Employment Type: Perm

Salary: £3600-£38,000 + call out rota = £42,000-£48,000 OTE

Van + Fuel Card Supplied

Schedule: Monday-Friday/ 8am-5pm

My Client is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to work on domestic and void properties. You will supplied with a Van + Fuel card, working in the South London area.

Below are desirable skills:

  • General maintenance
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Plastering
  • Tiling
  • Working off of a PDA

Requirements:

  • Previous social housing experience
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
