Multi-Trader

Daniel Owen are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the maintenance, construction, engineering & rail industries.

We are currently working on behalf of a large Housing Association. My Client are currently looking for a Multi-Trader to carry out maintenance repairs across the West London area.

Duties will include: - Hanging doors, skirtings, upvc, Locks, Patch Plastering, Basic Plumbing, Splash back Tiling and minor repairs.

The successful candidate will have experience working within the Social Housing sector. This role will be a mobile role within re active Maintenance - you will be supplied a with a van & fuel card.

This position will potentially be permanent after a 12 week probation period, when permanent this position pays £38k per year.
