JOB DESCRIPTION:
Multi trader required for a client that specialises in social housing projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking candidates to join a project based in SUA. You will need a drivers licence for this position and experience with social housing. This will be working on council properties and will be required to do basic tiling, plastering, decorating and carpentry. You will also be doing the snagging and finishing work on the properties. This position is specific to damp and mould so you must have experience treating and dealing with this.
The work will be 7:30- 16:30PM Monday- Friday. 40 hours per week paid.
You will receive a van and a fuel card for this position. This will be predominately carpentry based so you must have this as a main trade.
Requirements for the role
- UK Drivers licence
- Multi trade experience: Carpentry, Plastering, Plumbing, Tiling, Slabbing etc
- Experience working with damp and mould
- Own PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask, steel top cap boots and hard hat
- Own tools required
