Job title: Multi trade Carpenter

Availability: Immediate

Duration: Temp to perm

Location: Northampton/ Peterborough surrounding areas

We are looking for Multi Carpenters to work on a long term contract- temp and perm positions available. This will be on social housing council properties and you will be required to work on repairs and maintenance. Properties will be a mix of void and tenanted. Hours will be 7:30AM- 16:30PM- 40 hours a week paid. They offer some position's with a van and fuel card and some you may be required to use your own transport (van NOT car)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must have your own tools, ppe and transport.
  • Drivers licence and own transport
  • CSCS preferred but not essential.
  • Multi experience with Carpentry as main trade
  • Carpentry
  • Tiling
  • Decorating
  • Basic Plumbing
  • Plastering
