Job Role: Multi Tradesman Maintenance Operative

Pay Rate: £32k-38k on the books and permanent through CIS options both available

Location: Bristol

Duration: Perm

Job Description:

Multi-Trade operative required for a large property services company tasked with void and reactive repairs in domestic properties around the Bristol area.

Role:

- Multi-Trademan work on domestic property's

- Carpentry/Painting/Patching/Plumbing competent

- Planned maintenance

- Void work

Requirements for the Property Maintenance Role:

  • Previous experience working as a multi-tradesman doing this type of work
  • Ability to complete required works as above
  • Driving Licence essential
  • Basic Own tools preferred, additional tools can be provided where appropriate
