The role
We have an opportunity on behalf of our client, to train the next generation of nail technicians. You will support our client's students in their growth and achievements in the class.
We are looking for a Nail Technology Trainer who can deliver Entry, Level 1 & Level 2 programmes.
Knowledge / skills:
*Recent industry experience- Experience of delivering training or working within the beauty industry within the last 2 years.
*A good understanding of Health & Safety in the salon.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills verbally and written.
*Able to deliver virtual courses online and classroom delivery.
*Confident Nail art application along with Acrylic and or Gel enhancement system provision.
*Passionate about beauty therapy and able to motivate and inspire learners to achieve their full potential and excel in the industry.
*IT Literate- MS Office, Outlook, Zoom.
*Strong organisational skills.
*To be self-motivated with an initiative in solving practical problems and limited supervision.
*Demonstrate a creative and imaginative approach to learner-centred delivery.
*Commitment to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of our learners.
*Preparing effective written and visual teaching materials in line with course requirements.
*Work as part of a team and to develop and sustain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
Experience:
*Teaching experience, particularly with a focus on adult learners.
*Experience of demonstrating a strong commitment to Diversity inclusion.
