At Breedon, the largest independent aggregate and mineral business in the UK and Ireland, a National Account Manager has autonomy in the role with the licence and expectation to work dynamically within a fast-paced environment with independent builders merchants. This is a brand new role where there is a real opportunity to have a positive impact.
Do you offer…?
- 2-3 years proven experience in a regional or national account manager role
- Experience in negotiations and meeting customer requirements
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics, price and volume trends and market analytics
- Sales and customer experience (Construction Industry experience preferred)
- Valid UK driving licence

Your day-to-day duties will include building and maintaining business relationships with your customers, new and existing, in order to deliver budget sales against target. Building a robust and in-depth market knowledge to understand and react to ever changing markets and macro impacts to develop a strategic business plan to gain a competitive advantage.
