National Grid Operative - REQUIRED!

The Company:
The company are a Building and Construction firm who are currently operating on several projects across the UK, including National Grid maintenance projects. As a National Grid Operative with the firm, you will be expected to general duties including assisting with cable laying, moving materials, acting gateman, etc.

The Opportunity:
As a National Grid Operative you will be based on the current site they have in Eye, Suffolk for a few months. Candidates will be required to have a background in Building and Construction.

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:
The company are looking for a National Grid Operative who wants to engage in long term work with the firm in Eye, Suffolk. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:

  • MUST have EUSR - with OHL (Overhead Lines)
  • REQUIRED to have a background in Building and Construction
  • MUST have ability to get to site in Eye, Suffolk
  • REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots)
  • MUST have working reference
  • MUST have the right to work in the UK

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Building and Construction firm on a long-term opportunity.

Pay:

Starting rate is between £23.00 - £24.00 per hour, depending on experience and locality to site in Eye, Suffolk
