Position: Junior / Graduate Estimator or Administrator with Estimating Knowledge/ Experience

Location: Cork

Salary: €35k-€42k + Benefits Package

Graduate /Junior Estimator required to join an Excellent Company who have expanded and would like to hire an individual interested in developing his/ her career for the long-term.

Full training Provided.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the tender with assistance from the pre-construction team.
• Registering and recording drawings and Bills of Quantities received.
• Data input of all relevant information received.
• Using the estimating system in preparation of enquiry packages for contractors and suppliers
• Sending out drawings to contractors.

Experience:

• Min. 3 months working as an Estimator or within the Purchasing dept.
• Some understanding of specifications, bills of quantities, and drawings to include and exceptional accuracy in measurement capabilities
