Position: HR Generalist ( Hybrid)

Salary : Neg. Depending on Experience €42k-€50k+ Benefits Package

Location: Co. Meath( Hybrid ) Work from home home/ remote options

Full-time , Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain Human Resources procedures and practices in line with current legislative changes & best practice.

  • Benefit Administration

  • Work closely with management to monitor and report on workforce planning, succession and enhance retention strategies.

  • Interface with the finance function to ensure that outsourced payroll matters are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

  • Maintain, enhance, and act on all HR metrics for continuous improvement, supported internally with opportunity to attend Lean training courses.

  • Investigate and develop new ways of enhancing our employee value proposition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

  • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources

  • Strong communication skills
