Senior Project Manager Required for a new Residential Housing Project with an Excellent Construction Company that specialises in Residential and Commercial Building.

Position: Project Manager

Location: Co. Meath

Salary: €70-100k + Benefits Package

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering/Construction
• 5+ years of site management experience on buildings projects
• Must have residential experience
• Experience working as a PM on Housing Projects
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office and complete reports
• Strong Commercial Awareness preferably
• Work in close liaison with the Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Safety Manager to Ensure that the works proceed safely, on programme, and within budgets.
