Salary: €35,000+ Commission + Benefits

Hours: Monday- Friday- Standard Office Hours

Location: Dublin /Hybrid/ Work Remote Options

Job Details

  • Develop a clear understanding of the service & solution portfolio.
  • Build relationships with key contacts within our customer base.
  • Manage the Quotation and Purchase Order process and delivery to customers of the required solutions
  • Deliver on personal sales targets for selling portfolio of solutions into your target customer base.
  • Manage software and vendor support renewal process for our customer base.
  • Responding efficiently to customer requests and ensuring that each request is managed efficiently going above and beyond client expectations.
  • Driving activity with our partners through social selling, campaigning, and creating opportunities for us to meet with prospective customers. In addition, with opportunities to drive your own campaigns from creation to execution.
  • Work closely with inhouse Support, Consultancy, Marketing, Finance Teams and our Warehouse & Logistics Partner.

Key Skills Required/Desirable

  • Some experience in an inbound or outbound sales position /customer services.
  • Microsoft knowledge a distinct advantage.
  • Proven track record of sales success with achieved targets
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter.
  • Demonstrates excellent listening skills, attentiveness and intuitiveness about customer satisfaction and concerns.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
