A quarter of a million households in the UK rely on Kier Housing Maintenance to repair and maintain their homes. We're a crucial part of Kier Places, an expert operation driven by a 24/7/365 customer service centre - and a commitment to go that extra mile for people and the places they live.
The Gosport contract has been with Kier for over 10 years, and is currently at the end of it's first year of a 5 year extentions. Some come join our well established team in Gosport.
Key Responsibilities
Kier Housing Maintenance is looking to recruit an Administrator who will report to the Operations Manager. The successful Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to operations and management team, assisting in the production of reports, correspondence and project work as required. Over time as the Administrator becomes more experienced with the Gosport contract, phone calls and scheduling of work may be a potential aspect of the role.
The successful administrator will provide information to operational teams as required always maintaining accuracy of information and provide administrative support to other members of the team as and when required. Dealing with internal and external customers, the Administrator will develop positive collaborative working relationships and produce quality work in line with contractually specified timescales.
What do we need from you?
Ideally with previous experience as an Administrator but not essential, you will have basic IT literacy with an understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel desirable but not essential. With an efficient and professional approach, you will have the ability to multi-task and have strong communication and time management skills.
