PERMANENT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR POSITION AVAILABLE!

The Company:

The company are a Property Lettings firm who operate across the UK. As an Office Administrator with the firm, you will be expected to carry out a variety of administrative tasks, ranging from liaising with utility providers & councils to maintaining database and records, making sure they are accurate and up-to-date.

The Opportunity:
As an Office Admin you will be based in the Leicester office. Candidates will be required to have previous customer service or general office/business experience.

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:
The company are looking for an Office Administrator who wants to engage in long term work; who is hardworking and eager to learn and progress.

To be considered for the role, the following experience & knowledge will be sought after:

  • MUST be proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word & Excel
  • REQUIRED to have a background in customer service or office/business environment
  • MUST have ability to commute to, and have geographical knowledge of, Leicester
  • MUST have a full, clean driver's license
  • PREFERRED to have previous lettings experience
  • MUST have working reference
  • MUST have the right to work in the UK

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Property Lettings firm on a permanent basis.

Pay:

Salary: £21450 per annum
