Do you have a strong background in administration or a customer service position? GRG are recruiting for a Office Administrator to work for a design company based in Birmingham. We have a superb role or someone who would like to join a company that is progressive, adaptable and ambitious! Our client is recruiting due to recent promotions within their team.

The Role - Hours: 37.5 hours, permanent contract, full time office

  • Supporting sales managers with all their administration
  • Answering all customer queries
  • Raising stock orders
  • Producing pricing quotations
  • Managing all client appointments
  • Composign letters and emails requested by the team
  • Monitoring order processes

About You

  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated and self starter
  • Experience working in a busy administration department with SAP experience would be desirable
