We are looking for an Office junior/ Administrative assistant in Walsall to start ASAP.

Hours- 7:30 AM- 16:30 PM. Temp to perm work.

Role Overview: As an Office Junior / Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our social housing company. You will assist various departments and contribute to the smooth functioning of our organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and document management.
  • Excel
  • Provide front desk reception duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support the management of incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Collaborate with different departments to assist in organising meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Help with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and organised.
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Friendly and professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
