Kier work as part of Framework agreements with Scottish Water, Yorkshire Water and Severn Trent Water. These are a mixture of Design and Build and repair and maintenance projects across the north of England and Scotland. Working collaboratively across all the frameworks you will be responsible for the technical admin team of two which supports the three water contracts.
Responsibilities include; purchasing, dealing with invoices, payroll, organising events and general office management.
What do we need from you to be successful?
- People management experience would be desirable
- Previous administrative experience
- IT literate with strong understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task
- Possess strong communication, organisational and time management skills
- General willingness to be helpful, enthusiastic and flexible
- Able to work as an individual and as part of a team
