Key Responsibilities

As a Office Manager, you'll be managing administration and receptionist duties ensuring key information is passed to the relevant person(s). You'll be coordinating training activities and monitoring/logging all training appropriately. Importantly, you'll be working alongside stakeholders to manage diaries and co-ordinating meetings. You will also record any absences and manage post.


What do we need from you?

You'll have a good working knowledge of office procedures and strong IT skills in MS Office and Excel. You'll also have a good ability to multi-task and previous experience within a construction environment is desirable.
