We are Kier, one of the UK's leading Construction and Infrastructure service, working on projects such as Hinkley Point C and Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join our Infrastructure - Major Projects Team to work on our Oxford Station Project.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting Office Manager Role you will efficiently manage the administration duties in a busy office environment. You will be responsible for secretarial/receptionist duties, along with asset management, staff management/training, co-ordination of meetings and dealing with project orders and compliance. The Office Manager will handle supplier invoicing, daily G.R.N entry, along with any other costing requirements for the project. You will manage multi discipline and monitor any absences.
What do we need from you?
An Office Manager with a good working knowledge of all office based procedures, along side excellent communication skills and good IT skills (MS office, Excel). You will have experience in dealing with supplier invoices, have strong customer facing skills and the ability to multi-task.
Previous experience within a rail or other construction environment is desirable.
