We are delighted to bring to market an exciting opportunity for an Operational Administrator to join our Anglian Water Alliance and the Planned Works and Asset Health (PWAH) team to support and assist with the efficient and effective running of the team, by providing support to the Management team.
As Operational Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide administration for personnel records, quality assurance documents and Health & Safety records
- Assist in the procurement/ finance including ordering, payment queries and report production using SAP, Spendivision & Oracle
- Office assistance to the manager and the manager's team by acting as a central point of contact
- Obtain information from corporate data systems to produce and collate reports
What do we need from you?
- Excellent organisational and administration abilities along with experience of using Microsoft Office applications
- Good written and verbal communications
- Good data handling skills
