About the role
As Operational Planner, you will be joining our Anglian Water IMDS Alliance where you will be responsible for the delivery of business as usual services, monitor and adjust capacity settings for IMDS resources. This will include managing the IMDS Planning Team mailbox, manage annual leave and other non-availability for field resources, uploading into SAP to maximise efficiency, whilst ensuring you feedback and escalate to the planning form of any risk or opportunities that arise. You will also be managing the opening and closing of work zones and producing reports to show current and future availability of field resources/ appointments.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in the role, you will hold experience within an operational environment along with excellent analytical skills and IT skills particularly on SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Applications.
