Kier hold a variety of partnerships and in this role, you will be supporting in our alliance with South West Water, Bournemouth Water, and our Framework with Western Power Distribution.
As Operational Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing training for employees which will include booking courses, liaising with training providers, internal and external stakeholders and collating health and safety records.
You will also be maintaining and coordinating the internal databases, so being proficient in MS office would be beneficial. This role will see you communicating at all levels from teams to senior management, so the ability to work under pressure whilst remaining professional would be expected.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in the role, you will hold experience within a similar role and able to adapt to a fast-paced office environment. You will be a self-confident individual with excellent attention to detail. It would also be beneficial to hold experience within the occupational health administration.
