We're looking for an Operational Support Analyst to work within our Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration team based in Basingstoke. Within this role, you can enjoy access to our Green Car Scheme and our SmartSpending App and even more.
Location: Basingstoke
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
As an Operational Support Analyst, you'll be working within the Contract Administration team, supporting them in the management of KPI's, system data and reporting.
Your day to day will include:

Managing the SLA's and KPI's for the contract, knowledge of these in line with the contract and to actively manage to meet contractual requirements to prevent penalties.

Analysing performance data and reports to identify performance trends and failures, identify corrective actions and work with operational colleagues to implement remedial actions.

Working with Finance colleagues to monitor work order classification and align to contract.

Providing a professional, efficient, and effective service delivery experience to both internal and external customers.

Working with the operational team to monitor and resolve any issues and request additional support where required.

You have experience working with Microsoft office packages including Excel and Outlook

You have experience working in an office environment and an administrative support role.

Have knowledge of Concept or similar CAFM system

Due to the nature of this contract, this role requires a Government Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) clearance, which takes place during your employment and can take 1-6 months to complete.
