What you'll do:
Provide administrative support to surveyors, contractor managers, supervisors, where required.
Review all planned, compliance or maintenance programmes and ad hoc orders and ensure contractors receive works order notifications in agreed timeframes.
Arrange access to customer's homes for in-house staff for the purposes of undertaking works, inspections, surveys and the like.
Administration of mail outs to customers as an introduction to the programme of works, including the use of mail merge.
Raise material and tools purchase orders for third party suppliers.
Processing of invoices for payment.
What you'll bring:
GCSE or 'O' Level standard or equivalent with grade C or above in English and Maths.
Strong understanding of IT systems to including Microsoft Office- word, excel, outlook.
Experience of administration in an office environment.
Previous experience in working in a customer focused environment
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Positive can-do attitude and a willingness to find solutions.
