Operations Coordinator/Sales Administrator - NW6 London - £30,000 - £32,000

We have started working with an independent, marketing leading Residential Estate Agent, with a creative approach to the industry this firm stands out from the rest. With over 40 years in the industry they are market experts with an unparalleled track record.

They are looking for someone to join who has a strong background in administration and property detailing/listing. You will be supporting with the write ups for the properties online as well as brochures and window cards along with general support to the sales team.


In this role responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Write up the property detailing for new properties and updating existing ones
  • Creating brochures (property details) for sales and lettings properties
  • Window Cards - keeping up to date - fortnightly checks
  • Update and refresh Sales and Lettings properties as per instructions
  • Compliance and Land Registry checks
  • Booking photos, floorplans and EPCs for sales and lettings properties
  • Sales progression support: collating documentation (IDs, Property Information Questionnaires, EPCs, Terms and Conditions)
  • Logging keys as and when required
  • Preparing Market Valuation packs for Market Appraisals
  • Manage property lists for sales and lettings
  • Sending out Sales Letters to solicitors, vendors and buyers (not your responsibility but would be good to know how to do)
  • General support of the wider office with reporting requirements, office administration, general enquiries



Key Experience & Skills Required:

  • 18 months minimum experience within a residential lettings & sales support role
  • Capable of writing up property detailing and understanding what information needs to be included
  • Highly organised with eye for detail and continuity
  • Ability to multi-task on a few projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proven experience working on brochures, window cards and listing properties online
  • Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude
