Your role as operations manager:
* Operations Manager role based in High Wycombe
* Developing and executing an operations strategy that supports company growth
* Managing and improving the engineering department
The successful operations manager will have:
* Experience in a production / operations manager role or similar
* Experience within a retail engineering / fit out / service environment or similar
* Strong leadership skills and abilities
* Commutable to High Wycombe
