Operations Manager - Breedon Surfacing Solutions

Derbyshire/Flexible - Hybrid

Full-time, permanent position

As Operations Manager in Breedon Surfacing Solutions, you will lead the business across England, to deliver our safety, client, people, financial, operational and sustainability performance.

You will thrive on working at pace, with little red tape or bureaucracy where you will have the ability to make things happen, without the need to rely on policy, in a role where you have autonomy to genuinely make a material difference.

The Role

  • Drive positive health, safety & wellbeing culture
  • Client relationship management
  • Direct management of operation teams across England
  • Financial management of P&L accountability
  • Working with other internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for the business
  • Develop new business opportunities

This position is office-based as required but hybrid/flexible/remote working will be available when suitable for you.
